Website Terms
These draft terms govern use of the public website. They do not replace a signed project, support, partnership or talent agreement and require owner/legal approval before production release.
1. Informational website
Service, process and editorial pages provide general information. They are not a quote, statement of work, service-level agreement, professional advice or guarantee of timing or outcome.
2. Proposals and engagements
An engagement exists only under an agreement accepted by the relevant parties. Scope, responsibilities, fees, intellectual property, support, security and delivery assumptions belong in that agreement.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious content, misuse forms or represent website material as an endorsement or verified customer outcome.
4. Reference material and links
Operational tools, prototypes and other reference material are labelled by their evidence boundary. External sources and links remain under their respective owners and may change. Their inclusion does not imply a commercial partnership.
5. Ownership and changes
SpeedInno and its licensors retain rights in original website content and branding subject to applicable agreements and law. Website content and these draft terms may be updated when services, evidence or operating requirements change.
